Installing Manual Racing Clutch Kit For Yamaha Vega

 This is the stock clutch system of Yamaha Vega. It only has 2 linings.

                                         We need to remove the clutch basket.

Remove the gear from the stock clutch basket.

Install the gear on the Six Spring Clutch Basket Racing System.

                                         Next to remove is the Centrifugal Clutch System.

This is what it looks like behind that Centrifugal Clutch System (Note: The Lining is already been removed in this picture.)

You need to weld those three spots to fix the Centrifugal and make it fully manual. Without the weld, it will still runs like automatic even you have installed everything correctly.

Next thing to do is to remove the side mirror post to give way to the clutch lever.

Side mirror post removed, clutch lever installed.

We also need to cut off some parts of the Fairing to give way to clutch lever.

We can now install the welded Centrifugal back then the 6 Spring Clutch Racing Basket system together with its linings, springs, bearing and the pulling mechanism.

Install the cover, cable, etc. and everythings good to go.
